Deep purple in color and rich on the nose, with bacon, roasted berry, rubber, spice and heft. The palate is thick and round, with smooth edges and flavors of bacon grease and roasted black fruits. Sweet and spicy late, with a lasting flavor of savory barbecue. Hard to peg as Cabernet Sauvignon but not a bad wine if you like yours lusty and rich.

Description:
Intense ruby red and redcurrant, blueberry, clove and other spices in the bouquet. It is characterized by its body with some ripe plum flavor and a nuance of tobacco and coffee. It combines with red meat, especially those grilled, pasta, strong sauced, and hard cheese.
