The Chianti Classico 2008 appears with a ruby red colour; pretty fruity and flowery on the nose with memories of strawberry, cherry and violet. It is a medium-bodied wine characterized by a very good acidity. Spectacular if matched with salami, prosciutto, pasta in general, young and medium aged cheeses. It is drinkable now or within 2014.
