Description:
Made with premium Bordeaux varieties: Sauvignon Blanc (40%), Semillon (40%), and Muscadelle (20%). This blend, based on ancient tradition, is rare in Bordeaux these days. Traditional winemaking: Skin contact (50%), cool fermentation (16/18? C) in vat, and barrel-ageing on the lees for about 3 weeks, which makes the wine round, smooth, and fruity. This wine is ideal as an aperitif and with fish, seafood (oysters, mussels), or goat's cheese.
Best enjoyed young (within 2 years of the vintage).
