Barbaresco Stefano Farina
Our Price: $28.99

2003 was a very warm year in Piedmont so the wines produced were not as high in acid levels as in cooler years. Instead the Nebbiolo based wines generally have a more fruit forward feel than is normally possible in this region. This Barbaresco is a prime example.
Showing loads of fruit and relatively low acid levels, it can be consumed at a much younger stage of its life than a typical Barbaresco or Barolo and it constitutes an excellent value from a very good producer.
