The Wine Advocate 91 pts - Jay Miller
Bodegas Botani's 2010 Botani is made from 100% Moscatel de Alejandria sourced from old vines. The wine is fermented in stainless steel (60%) and wood puncheons (40%) with 5 months of aging sur lie. Fragrant aromas of jasmine, honey, and tropical fruits inform the nose of this nicely proportioned, intense, savory, dry white. It is an outstanding value for drinking over the next 1-2 years.

Wine Spectator 87 pts - Thomas Matthews
This aromatic white is perfumed with orange blossom, honeysuckle and lime. More straightforward on the palate, but still offers a fruit cocktail of flavors, with firm, fresh acidity. A nice aperitif. Drink now. 4,000 cases imported.

Wine Enthusiast 86 pts - Michael Schachner
Grassy and oily smelling and then you'll find a thick, oily palate with honey and lychee flavors. Not very zesty, so it's kind of clumsy and dense, with a chunky finish and bitterness. Decent acidity is what keeps its head above water.

Description:
Pale straw color. Fresh, fragrant and mature, brimming with the aroma of Muscat grape, apple, mandarin orange and a pinch of wilted flowers. On the palate it is fruity and dry, with notes of citrus and a gentle finish.
