Food Pairings: Once again, we like this wine to be a great party wine. It tastes good with or without food. Enjoy at the park with some jack cheese, sliced apples, and a baguette. Have this with your favorite pizza after a long day at the office. I would serve this with a ratatouille of eggplant, zucchini, and peppers with grilled chicken over creamy polenta for a festive and satisfying dinner.
