Shipping Policy

Receiving Shipment requires a receiving signature on every package shipped. You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive shipments from Proper identification must be provided at time of delivery or you may forfeit your shipment. If your shipment is returned because of lack of adult signature, it may result in restocking fee, reshipment fee or no refund.


All returns that are not spoiled wine or due to an error will be subject to restocking and shipping fees. If you receive a wine with incorrect vintage, name or variety, and you did not agree to substitutes, will return and re-ship the correct vintage. If the correct vintage is unavailable, will refund your order in its entirety. If you do not want the correct vintage, you will receive store credit in the full amount of the order.

Any item that is sold as a close out or final priced item is sold as is, and can not be refunded.

Non Alcoholic Items

All non alcoholic items including but not limited to: wine accessories, gift baskets, bags, books, can be shipped to all states.

Weather Alterations

Throughout the year, there are many times where the temperature is not of ideal conditions to ship wines. Unless stated in the order comments, will use its best judgment whether to ship wine immediately, or wait for sub par weather to pass.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we can only ship alcohol products within the United-States only. Furthermore does not ship alcohol products to the following states:

  • Montana
  • Oklahoma
  • Rhode Island
  • South Dakota
  • Vermont
  • Utah
  • Texas
  • New Hampshire

For more information concerning state laws on shipments of alcohol, you may visit reserves to right to cancel an order and not ship if the law does not allow us to ship for any reason whatsoever.

P.O. Boxes

There must be a street address on all shipping destinations. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Weekends and Holidays

Please note that our main carriers, UPS and FedEx, do not pickup on weekends or holidays. The cutoff deadline for the end of the business day is 5:00pm EST.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24hrs.

Provided that you have an account with us, an email containing tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is in transit within the UPS or FedEx networks. For that reason, we suggest our customers take a quick minute to create an account with us.

It may happen that your order contains items that are back-ordered. In such a situation, you order may be delayed by a few days. You may call us during regular business hours to inquire about the status of your order or log in to your online account at does not ship orders until full payment is authorize and received.
